Aankomst duurt ongeveer 7-14 dagen vanaf de datum van verzending. We streven ernaar om goederen binnen 3 werkdagen te verzenden.

Trackingnummers worden toegevoegd aan de inhoud van de openbare notitie van de bestelling.

Mijn shirt met bedrukking is gekreukeld. Wat moet ik doen?
Houd er rekening mee dat u de voetbalshirts/tenues niet boven de 30 graden in de wasmachine wast. Voor shirts/tenues met naam en nummeropdruk wordt handwas geadviseerd. NIET IN DE DROGER!
Bij het bedrukken van een voetbalshirt kan het zijn dat de print licht gekreukt raakt, bijvoorbeeld tijdens de bezorging.

Wij proberen dit te voorkomen door de kleding eerst af te koelen na de bedrukking. Ook pakken wij de kleding op de best mogelijke manier in. Toch kan het dus gebeuren dat de print bij ontvangst gekreukt is. Dit is echter makkelijk te behandelen.

Zo repareer je de bedrukking:

Vouw het shirt binnenstebuiten en strijk het met een stuk bakpapier tussen het shirt en het strijkijzer. Zorg ervoor dat de zijde met de print boven ligt. De optimale warmte om te strijken is twee stipjes.
Laat het shirt daarna afkoelen. Hang het aan een hanger of leg het plat neer, zodat het niet opnieuw samentrekken / krullen.
Je kunt dit ook doen wanneer een voetbalshirt licht gekreukt is na een normale wasbeurt. Onthoud dat je het shirt altijd binnenstebuiten moet vouwen en dat het strijkijzer niet te warm is. Zo voorkom je dat het shirt smelt.

Abusive Usage Includes:
Sending email to people who have not specifically requested information from you.
You may not use email lists that are purchased, rented, leased, or in any way bought from a third party.
Batching or in any way trying to script the addition of new subscribers to the web form subscribe methods.
Sending unsolicited email thru third parties that then references an account here either in the email or on a landing page of a website.
Newsgroup or discussion forum postings to off topic newsgroups that prohibit those types of posts.
Service Agreement Violations:
Concerning spam, the AWeber Systems, Inc. Service Agreement reads:

“Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, using an email address, URL that is maintained on an AWeber Systems machine, or directing traffic to a web page that contains any reference to AWeber Systems is STRICTLY prohibited. Voetbalshirt Sale will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. This action WILL RESULT in immediate termination of your account without refund. Any service interruptions as a result of subscribers spamming will be billed to the subscriber at $50.00 per hour until service is restored. Subscriber will also be in violation of the AWeber Systems Service Agreement and subject to legal action.”

The Football Shirt Store Zero Tolerance Policy:
If any account is reported or caught violating these terms of service it will be immediately terminated. The customer will not be issued a refund, and will not be given access to any data in the terminated account.
